Exercise Routine for Women – Better Health in 15 Minutes

For many women, finding time to exercise seems to be impossible. They are often caught busy taking care of children, working in the office or trying to create a comfortable home atmosphere. 30 minutes of spare time for exercise would be very difficult to get. Even so, who says you have to do all your exercise at one time? Sometimes it’s easier to steal 5-15 minutes here and there, on the sidelines of your everyday activities. Let’s look at your schedule and see where you can enter your exercise routine schedule.

Try to consider making changes in your routine. When you wake up in the morning, do a little warming up and start training so you do not lie back in bed. You can do crunch or leg lifts. For you who want to burn the extra fat in your body, you can do cardio exercises, such as jogging and aerobic, soon after you wake up. You will feel fresher, fitter and more energetic throughout the day.

At noon, you can walk outside or around your desk. You can also use the stairs in your workplace. You can talk on the phone while walking. Take a walk after lunch with a friend is also a good way to train your muscles. You can combine it with weight training using those heavy books or a bottle full of water. The key is that you should be able to move your body parts as much as possible.

In the afternoon, instead of spending a little time to watch gossip on TV, you can take time to do some strength trainings. Alternatively, you can also take the time to brisk walking around your neighborhood or do other cardio exercises. By filling your evening with sports, you will get a fresh body for the rest of your day.

If you are a married woman, you can do exercise while preparing dinner. Cleaning the table and all utensils after the dinner is an alternative to burn calories. You can also steal some time here. By incorporating these ideas, you will add up 20-75 minutes of exercise throughout your day. So, there are no reasons to stop working out.
